cancellation fees
YOU MUST CALL THE SALON TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will have a fee of 50% of the service value. Cancellations within less than 1 hour of appointment will have a fee of 100% of the service value. Note: all no show no call appointments will have a fee of 100% of service value. All fees to be paid prior to booking any further services.
